Susan is a career coach, professional and personal development consultant and diversity trainer.
She works with individuals and teams providing strategies for enhanced
communication and effective team building. Susan received her MS from NC A&T State University in Counseling/Human Resources and her BS in Sociology and Criminal Justice from Guilford College. Susan began consulting in 1998, drawing experience from her years as a Human Resources and Diversity Director in the food service industry, and her work in the fields of sales, banking and finance. Susan is a published researcher and trainer in the areas of discrimination, diversity awareness, and violence prevention in the workplace. She has conducted seminars at Wake Forest University, University of NC at Greensboro, and Guilford College. Her professional affiliations include: National Conference for Community and Justice, Chief Diversity Officers Forum, American Counseling Association, and Society for Human Resources Management.
